These rules apply to every stay at RV Safe Site Golden Valley (2087 S Colorado Rd, Golden Valley, AZ 86413). Each reservation confirms agreement to these rules. Site managers will offer 1 warning; next is a visit from the local sheriff.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are observed Monday through Sunday from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud equipment, radios, music, TVs, or other disturbance.
Speed limit
The onsite speed limit is 5 MPH.
Pets
Pets are part of your family and are welcome. Keep pets on a leash when walking the park area and immediately remove animal waste in the RV area or on walking trails. At your site, use of a leash, kennel, or fence is appropriate. Do not allow pets onto other sites without authorization of the guest.
This is a hot, dry, arid environment – keep pets hydrated and comfortable. Many desert critters can be in the area; be cautious.
Arizona laws must be enforced by our site management team. At the discretion of the site manager, guests may be asked to leave if pets are reported as a nuisance.
No pet shall be allowed to become a nuisance or create any unreasonable disturbance. Examples include: pets whose unruly behavior causes personal injury or property damage; pets who make noise continuously and/or incessantly for a period of 10 minutes or intermittently for 1 hour or more to the disturbance of any person at any time of day or night (local animal nuisance laws apply).
Vehicle policies
- If additional parking is required, park in overflow parking. We require License Plate #/State of the vehicle in your reservation notes. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
- Guests may only reside in one (1) RV per space. Tenants cannot have any guests residing in any vehicles.
- All your vehicle(s) must fit in your space as intended. The common areas are NOT for parking.
- Do not park in an empty site, other guests’ or tenants’ lots, or on the street.
- All vehicles/RVs in the park must be in running condition and maintained.
- All vehicular noises must be kept to a minimum. Please be mindful of your neighbors when warming up diesel engines.
- No major vehicle repairs are to be done on your site. Minor repairs are to be completed within 24 hours.
- Washing vehicles/RVs is not permitted.
RV sites / lots policies
- Storage is allowed under the RV.
- Only outside furniture and items intended for outside use are allowed.
- All awnings and temporary fences must fit within the RV site zone.
- No open wood fire pits; only propane fire pits are allowed.
- Tenants are responsible for keeping their site/lot clean and free of debris during occupancy. Trash/debris is to be properly disposed of in a resort-provided dumpster or by transporting to an appropriate dump facility off-site.
- Do not drive or walk across vacant RV sites or other tenants’ lots. Underground water lines, cables, etc. could be easily damaged. Damages will be assessed and charged accordingly.
Reservation cancellation policy
Reservations cancelled more than 5 days in advance of arrival will incur a $10 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled 5 days or less in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s stay.
Zero tolerance
There is a zero tolerance policy for any illegal use, distribution, or sale of drugs or any other criminal activity.
Guests / visitors & occupancy
- Tenants are solely responsible for their guests and are subject to the same rules and regulations.
- Site guests do not have open warrants nor legal restrictions to be around other site guests and/or family/children.
Health department regulations
Anything leaking from the RV that is not potable water is not acceptable.
Park owned plants / trees
- Resort personnel will care for and maintain the resort owned plants and trees.
- Please do not touch the water lines for irrigation anywhere in the resort.
Code of conduct
- Aggressive and/or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. Violators will be subject to immediate removal and termination for cause.
- No violations of any law or ordinance of the city/county/state will be tolerated. Any violation will be dealt with by 911 County Sheriff.
Firearms
Open carry of firearms is prohibited.
Smoking
Smoking is only allowed on your RV site. No smoking on common property.
