RV SAFE SITE
About
RV Safe Site is developing properties on key RV routes and 2-3 day attraction
destinations with the focus on simple, comfortable, and safe!
Our mission is a reasonable price, SAFE overnite stay within an RV community. Roll in,
open the slides, enjoy the Arizona desert, cook on the grill, or stay inside and unwind
from the journey….it’s your afternoon and evening to relax! If you are staying longer or if
you need anything, shoot us a text or introduce yourself to the site manager. The
Golden Valley community has local market, fuel and several restaurants…20 minutes
west is Bullhead City and the casinos at Laughlin Nevada. To the east, 20 minutes away
is Kingman.
Our 1st property, RV SafeSite Golden Valley is located at 2087 S Colorado Rd, Golden
Valley Arizona 86413. Colorado is a paved road, approximately 2.5 miles south from
Highway 68 which connects Kingman to Bullhead City/Laughlin NV. We have 20 acres
for you to take a stroll and stretch, or take the pets on a walk. This is a desert, caution of
critters and all that goes with the desert. (LINK TO ATTRACTIONS)
We do NOT have rules on “year of your rig”..it just needs to roll in and depart based on
your site rental…we want a positive, enjoyable space for everyone. Treat your spot and
be the neighbor you want. Site Managers will offer 1 warning, next is a visit from the
local sheriff. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Each reservation confirms agreement to site
rules.
PETS:
Pets are a part of your family and are welcome. Please keep pets on leash when walking the
park area and immediately remove animal waste in the RV area or on walking trails… At your
site, use of a leash, kennel or fence is appropriate. Do not allow pets onto other sites without
authorization of guest.
This is a hot, dry, arid environment so please keep pets hydrated and comfortable. Many desert
critters can be in the area…be cautious.
There are Arizona laws that must be enforced by our site management team. At discretion of
the site manager, guests may be asked to leave if pets are reported as a nuisance.
No pet shall be allowed to become a nuisance or create any unreasonable disturbance.
Examples of nuisance behavior for the purposes of this paragraph are:
a. Pets whose unruly behavior causes personal injury or property damage.
b. Pets who make noise continuously and/or incessantly for a period of 10
minutes or intermittently for 1 hour or more to the disturbance of any person at
any time of day or night (local animal nuisance laws apply).
